Pashion brings three teams onto one shared source of truth

From marketing pilot to company-wide adoption in weeks

Marklo gave marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising a single shared view of Pashion's 1,000+ SKU catalog, replacing three separate spreadsheet exports with one read everyone could act on.

Pashion Footwear was founded by Haley Pavone in 2016, after a stiletto injury on a dance floor left her wondering why women had to choose between all-day comfort and heels. After two and a half years of R&D, she launched the world's first fully convertible high heel — a shoe that turns into a flat in under five seconds — in 2019. Pavone turned down a Shark Tank offer over the terms and grew Pashion into an eight-figure brand almost entirely on organic content and word of mouth. Today a team of nine runs marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising remotely from cities across the US.

When the catalog outgrew the spreadsheets

As Pashion's catalog grew past a thousand active SKUs across core, markdown, and new styles, the hard part stopped being any one channel and became coordination across all three teams. Marketing needed to know what to promote. Ecommerce needed to know what was actually converting on site. Merchandising needed to know what was selling through and what needed to be marked down or reordered. Each team worked off its own export of the same underlying numbers, and by the time those exports were reconciled across three spreadsheets, the catalog had usually already moved.

One shared workspace for three teams

Marklo gave Pashion one shared workspace connecting campaign planning, product analytics, and AI-powered recommendations, so all three teams could work from the same view of the catalog. Campaign planning tools showed marketing exactly which past promotions, offers, and content had driven conversion, so new campaigns could be built around what had already proven to work instead of starting from a blank page. Product analytics, broken out by SKU and lifecycle stage, gave ecommerce and merchandising a live read on what was selling and what wasn't. AI-powered recommendations flagged what to promote, restock, or mark down across the full catalog, turning that shared read into a clear next step for whichever team needed to act on it.

From marketing pilot to company-wide adoption

What started as a marketing pilot expanded to cross-functional adoption across ecommerce, merchandising, and leadership within weeks, because it was the first tool giving all three teams a shared read on the same catalog.

"My team has been absolutely raving about Marklo." Haley Pavone, CEO, Pashion

"I really prefer looking at it in Marklo AI. I literally hate Klaviyo... We wanna move everything to Marklo." Miranda Knight, Director of Marketing, Pashion

"There's no tool that does this. So we love that this can do both... This is now becoming the place where we're coming to first." Erika Rosendale, Ecommerce, Pashion

For a company managing a catalog of over a thousand SKUs across core, markdown, and new lines, the shift wasn't just faster reporting — it was marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising finally working from the same numbers, in the same place, at the same time.
