Latico Leathers plans a month of marketing in a single day

6 campaigns, $30K+ in revenue, 600,000+ impressions

A five-person marketing team turned weeks of digging through spreadsheets and old campaigns into one focused planning session with Marklo.

Latico Leathers has been making full-grain leather handbags, wallets, and accessories since 1984, when founder Paul Schreiber started selling goods out of the trunk of his car in New York. What began as a handful of boutiques in Greenwich Village grew into a family-run leather goods brand with a loyal following. Today Latico runs on Shopify Plus, with a lean five-person marketing team managing email, social, and paid campaigns across a wide and constantly shifting product catalog.

Weeks of digging through spreadsheets and institutional memory

Campaign planning used to mean stitching together spreadsheets, old decks, and institutional memory — a process that took weeks to get through. Before building a new month of promotions, the Latico team had to dig through last year's files to figure out what they had run, whether it worked, and what was actually left in stock to feature. That work lived across tools and in people's heads, not in one place the whole team could see.

A month of planning in a single day

With Marklo, Latico's team shortened that weeks-long process to a single day. In one session, they reviewed last year's campaigns side by side with this year's inventory positions, saw which products and positioning were actually driving engagement across social, email, and paid ads, and used that picture to build a full month of campaigns.

From plan straight into execution

The hindsight calendar gave the team a year-over-year view of every campaign they'd run, so they could pull up a past campaign and see what worked in seconds. Inventory and sales velocity data flagged what was in stock and what wasn't, so the plan was built around what Latico could actually sell. Cross-channel campaign grouping pulled social, email, and paid performance into one view, so the team could see exactly which products and positioning customers were engaging with, no matter where that engagement happened. With that plan in place, Latico used Marklo to move straight into execution, turning the month's campaigns into ready-to-ship emails and assets for the team to approve.

The results

Since starting with Marklo, Latico has launched 6 campaigns, generating $30K+ in revenue across 100+ orders and 600,000+ impressions.

"I planned a whole month of promotional content in one business day." Lauren Ehrenberg, Head of Marketing, Latico

For a team of five running a catalog that changes as fast as Latico's, the real unlock wasn't just speed. It was having all their data in one platform, so they could confidently decide what products to promote, which emails to send, and what campaigns would actually perform, instead of guessing from a blank page every time.
